A while ago, we featured an article about food and wine pairing. But now, we take this a huge step further, by automatically pairing recipes with wines. At the bottom of most recipe pages, you'll find a Wine Pairing list of wines that we figure might go well with that recipe. How do we do it? Through a sophisticated system that analyzes each recipe, we figure out what wines go well with the recipe's dominant flavors. To all you wine connoisseurs out there....
