Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup walnuts ; finely chopped
  • 3 large cucumber ; peeled, seeded and diced
  • 32 ounces yogurt ; lowfat
  • 1/2 cup dill ; fresh, chopped
  • Directions

    Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and refridgerate for at least 3 hours before servings. Yields 6 servings.
