Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken ; More or less, you choose
  • 10 1/2 fluid ounces cream of mushroom soup ; or golden
  • Directions

    Place chicken in a deep skillet and brown on med-high heat until lightly browned. Add water and desired mushroom soup choice. Cook for around 25 mins. Stir a couple of times. Pair with this microwave-able "baked" potatoes and a quick veggie. :)
