Preheat oven to 350 deg. Combine milk, vanilla and cracker crumbs, mix well. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer on high. Prepare a 9x13 in. baking pan with macadamia nuts and some shredded coconut.
Place milk mixture on top of nut/coconut mixture. Bake
12-14 mins. Cool completely, drizzel melted chocolate on top. Refrigerate to set chocolate.
