Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt chocolate. Beat butter and half of sugar until soft. Beat in yolks one at a time. Stir in combined hazelnuts, breadcrumbs, and cinnamon. Whip
egg whites and beat remaining sugar slowly to peak. Stir 1/4 of whites into batter. Fold
in the rest. Pour into 10 inch greased pan. Bake
at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
