A chunky cranberry-based sauce. Goes well over turkey
Ingredients (serves 20)
- Combine water and sugar in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add apples, cider vinegar, raisins, the spices and cranberries.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour into a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate, or cool to room temperature and serve. Original recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
