Ingredients (serves 12)

  • 2 bananas ; large
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 mangoes ; ripe but firm, peeled seeded, and cut
  • 2 cups grapes ; red and green seedless grapes
  • 1 pineapples ; peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

    Directions

    Gently toss banana slices in 1/4 of the pineapple juice. Combine mangoes, grapes and pineapple in a large bowl. Whisk rest of pineapple juice, honey and cinnamon. Pour over fruit and toss, add the remaining bananas.
