Glazed Carrots

Sweet tasting side dish.

Original recipe serves 4.

Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1 pound carrots ; peeled. Use baby carrots, or cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter

Preparation:

In a saucepan, boil carrots in water until you can stick a fork in them. Drain carrots using a colendar. Put carrots back into saucepan. Over low heat, stir butter and brown sugar into the carrots. Stir until carrots are tender and glazed, for a few minutes.
