Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 pound carrots ; peeled. Use baby carrots, or cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • You will also need: saucepan

    Directions

    In a saucepan, boil carrots in water until you can stick a fork in them. Drain carrots using a colendar. Put carrots back into saucepan. Over low heat, stir butter and brown sugar into the carrots. Stir until carrots are tender and glazed, for a few minutes.
