Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 1 cup sugar ; granulated
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup almonds ; crushed
  • 2 egg whites ; beaten until stiff
  • confectioner's sugar

  • Directions

    Mix 2 tsp cinnamon, almonds, granulated sugar and egg whites until no white is showing. Wash hands and roll into 1 inch balls. Bake in 325 F oven for 18-20 minutes. Do not overbake. Place in rack. Cover with confectioner's sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon while warm. When cool, roll balls in confectioner's sugar again.
