In large pot, boil water with a few drops of olive oil. Make the pasta last, according to directions.
In large fry
ing pan, heat olive oil, butter and garlic.
Add and saute or stir fry the red peppers, crab meat (cut or pull into bite size pieces) and mushrooms for a two or three minutes. Add white wine and chicken broth. Cover pan and simmer
for ten minutes.
Serve crab meat and wine sauce over the a bed of pasta and enjoy!
This recipe also works with shrimp, scallops or any other seafood, adjusting the sauting time to the type.
