Easy crepes (thin pancakes) with a lot of vanilla flavor!

Ingredients (serves 12)
Heat a crepe pan over medium heat until hot. Grease with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, and spread it to the edges by tipping the pan. Once the batter bubbles, flip over and fry further until edges are golden, and crepe is lightly browned on the other side. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. Fill crepes with desired filling (fruit, cream, caramel...etc) before serving or just eat plain!
