Ingredients (serves 8)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1 clove garlic ; crushed
  • 2 pounds chicken
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • In My Kitchen


  • You will also need: grill (Find on Amazon.com)

    Directions

    Blend all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Grill or broil chicken 6 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occassionally and brushing with honey and mustard mixture. Serve with rice or potato if desired.

    this is was incredibly quick to make. mmmmmmmmm. here's an idea. cut up the chicken into strips and serve cold in a salad.
