Like the name says, these cupcakes are easy. And chocolate! There are no raw eggs, so you can lick the bowl!

Note: This adjusts ingredient amounts but not amounts mentioned in the Directions.

Ingredients (serves 16)

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • You will also need: muffin tin

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour batter into a muffin tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Allow to cool, and frost with your favorite icing.
