Ingredients (serves 10)

  • water ; Enough to cover meat
  • 1 medium onions
  • 2 pounds beef ; Stew beef
  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 20 fluid ounces mushroom soup
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

  • Directions

    Slice beef cubes in quarters, brown in a small amount of cooking oil, add enough water so the meat is covered, simmer for 45 minutes in a covered pan, add onion, pepper, beef boulion and golden mushroom or (cream of mushroom) soup then pour over egg noodles. I've found that this is more tasty with golden mushroom soup. :o)
