This layered mac & cheese bake is very cheesy and pretty easy!

Ingredients (serves 18)
Preheat an oven to 350F (175C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan, or spray with cooking spray.
Spread a layer of cheddar cheese onto the bottom of the pan. Add a thin layer of macaroni. Add the provolone, and another layer of macaroni. Add the mozzarella, and then another layer of macaroni. Finally, add the remaining layer with the colby-monterey jack. Pour the beaten egg over the top, and then pour on the milk.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
