Ingredients (serves 18)

  • 18 apples ; peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 0.999 cup red wine ; sweet
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 10 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 cups walnuts ; finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons sugar

    Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
