Ingredients (serves 6)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese ; fresh, cut into small cubes
  • 1 1/2 pints cherry tomatoes ; halved
  • basil ; fresh leaves
  • 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3/8 cup olive oil
  • 3/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • Directions

    Combine balsamic vineger, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

    Arrange mozzarella cubes on a plate in a single layer and drizzle with the balsamic mixture.

    Thread a basil leaf, a tomato half, a piece of mozzarella, and the other tomato half onto a toothpick, in that order. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

    Arrange bites onto a plate and serve.
