Wok

A wok is a cooking vessel with a long handle and round bottom, often used in Asian stir-fry cuisine. Woks are usually made from steel or cast iron. While traditional woks have a round bottom, flat bottomed versions are available to accommodate electric stoves and other cooking surfaces that could not support a round-bottomed pan.
