Directions
Dust chicken pieces with flour, pat off excess. Heat oil in a large pan on medium until oil slowly smokes. Add chicken, brown, turing to brown all sides (8-10 min.) Remove chicken set aside. Discard all but a little bit of pan drippings and add garlic, cook until lightly brown. Add bay leaves, wine, and chicken broth and cook for another 7-10 mins. Place in center rack of oven for 1 hour.
