Prep: 15 min | Cook: 15 min | Ready in: 30 min
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Arrange pitas on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder and ricotta choose. Spoon mixture over the pitas, spreading within 1/2 inch of the edge of the pitas.
- Top with feta, spinach and tomato slices. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake 12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
