Ingredients (serves 4)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tomatoes ; thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese ; crumbled
  • 10 ounces spinach ; frozen, chopped, drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese ; part skim
  • whole pita bread ; wheat

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 15 min | Ready in: 30 min
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Arrange pitas on a baking sheet.
    3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder and ricotta choose. Spoon mixture over the pitas, spreading within 1/2 inch of the edge of the pitas.
    4. Top with feta, spinach and tomato slices. Sprinkle with oregano.
    5. Bake 12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
