Directions
Stir yeast in warm water with one tsp. sugar and let stand for 5 mins. Put butter and the rest of the sugar in a large bowl. Pour in hot milk and cool to luke warm. Add yeast, eggs, flour and salt. Stir well and you have soft dough. Let rise until it is double in bulk. Roll, cut and fry in hot deep fat.
