Ingredients (serves 6)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a large skillet, brown mushrooms with garlic in butter. Stir in 1 can of Broccoli and cheese soup with sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients except .5 cup of the cheese.
Spoon mixture into a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with reserved .5 cup of cheese. Bake 25 mins. or until hot and bubbly.
