An easy appetizer (or meal, if you want) with a kick. Serve with bleu cheese dressing.

Directions
Combine butter and hot sauce in a large glass bowl. Add chicken, turn to coat, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat an oven to 400F (200C). Remove chicken from the marinade. For each chicken breast, roll out, place 1 tablespoon of cheese in the center, roll up, secure with a toothpick, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
Cover the dish with foil and bake, placed 8 inches from heat, for 30 minutes at 400F (200C), or until chicken is fork tender. Uncover, and bake for another 5 minutes. or until browned. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese and serve.
