Ingredients (serves 4)
Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric. Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.
Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.
Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
