Directions
Soak the minced onion in cold water for 5 minutes, and then drain.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse and drain.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
