Extremely easy baked salmon with tomato and basil.

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
Line a baking dish with foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
Arrange the salmon on the foil.
Sprinkle each fillet with basil and garlic powder, and then top with tomato slices. Sprinkle on the parmeson and drizzle on the olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is opaque, flakes easily with a fork, and the parmesan is browned on top..
