Easy salmon with a Dijon and pecan crust

Ingredients (serves 4)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
- Combine honey, mustad and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
- In another small bowl, combine pecans, parsley and breadcrumbs.
- Arrange salmon in a baking pan skin side down. Brush each with the mustard mixture and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
