  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup onions ; chopped
  • 4 pounds beef
  • 4 egg(s)
  • 2 dashes thyme
  • 4 tablespoons green bell pepper ; chopped
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 dashes marjoram
  • 1 cup crackers ; Ritz crackers work well

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 1 hr 30 min | Ready in: 1 hr 45 min
    Combine all ingredients, put in a 9 x 13 in. pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. :o)
