A flaming Ice cream dessert with a cherry and liquor sauce.
Ingredients (serves 54)
- Put, sugar, cherries, lemon juice, Grand Marnier, and half of the orange and lemon zests in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook 25 minutes.
- Add remaining zest and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cognac and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Scoop ice cream into dishes. Pour cherry mixture over ice cream and ignite. Serve immediately.
