Ingredients (serves 12)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 6 parts salt
  • 1 1/2 parts garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 parts black pepper ; freshly cracked

    Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. I like this rubbed on prime rib before roasting and also on steaks.
