Use this sweet, fluffy frosting on cake, brownies, or cupcakes! Or just eat it by itself.

Ingredients (serves 48)

  • 6 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 3 cups peanut butter ; creamy
  • 1 1/2 cups butter ; softened
  • 9 tablespoons milk

  • Directions

    Combine butter and peanut butter in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixter. Gradually mix in the sugar, and as it thickens, add the milk one tablespoon at a time until the frosting is spreadable and thick. Beat for another 3 minutes or until fluffy.
