A fruity, elegant dessert
Ingredients (serves 18)
Scrape out the seeds and place them into a stainless steel saucepan.
Add the wine, honey, orange, and lemon to the saucepan and set heat to medium-high. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minute.
Remove pan from heat and allow to cool completely.
Divide the peach slices among 6 wine or martini glasses. Strain the wine mixture over to peaches. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
