Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic ; chopped

  • Directions

    Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the asparagus and garlic. Cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender, stirring occasionally.
