This pie crust uses no lard or shortening, so it is a bit healthier (maybe) than the typical crust. Goes great with cherry filling.

Directions
Preheat an oven to 425F (220C).
Combine flour, oats and coconut in a medium bowl. Stir in the water and oil.
Press mixture into a greased 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 425F (220C) for 12 minutes or until slightly browned.
Let cool, and fill with favorite pie filling before baking again.
