Ingredients (serves 4)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 tablespoons pumpkin ; pureed
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup coffee ; strong, brewed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • whipped cream

     Prep: 5 min | Cook: 5 min | Ready in: 10 min
    1. Combine milk, pumpkin pie spice, pureed pumpkin, vanilla and sugar in a small microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap making a small vent hole. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until the milk is hot.
    2. Whisk the mixture for about 30 seconds, or until foamy.
    3. Add the coffee to a mug and add in the frothed milk. Top with whipped cream and a little extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish.
