Ingredients (serves 48)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 15 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • 48 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups water

  • You will also need: baking sheet

    Directions

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 15 min | Ready in: 25 min
    1. Preheat oven to 400F (205C)
    2. Combine flour, chili powder, onion powder and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
    3. Cut in the butter and combine until crumbly and butter is in pea-sized pieces.
    4. Add the water and honey. Stir until a soft dough forms.
    5. Lightly flour a baking sheet, and place ball of dough onto the baking sheet. Roll dough into a flat sheet.
    6. Use a pizza cutter to cut dough sheet into 1" - 2" squares.
    7. Bake for 10 minutes, and then turn crackers over with a spatula. Bake for another 3-5 minutes or until both sides are golden.
    8. Cool before serving.

    These were really good. Definitely try to get roll these out as thin as you can. Maybe next time I'll try making these with whole wheat flour and see what happens.
