  • 2 egg(s)
  • 2 medium tomatoes ; chopped
  • salt ; to taste
  • cayenne pepper ; to taste
  • 2 medium chili pepper ; green, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium onions ; red, chopped

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Heat oil over medium high heat in a wok.
    2. When oil is heated, add all chopped ingredients with salt and cayenne pepper.
    3. Cook these ingredients until they form a paste (15 to 20 minutes)
    4. Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk until beaten.
    5. Now add the eggs to the cooked paste and mix these ingredients well
    6. Fry everything together until cooked through.
