Ingredients (serves 12)

  • 4 cups macaroni ; cooked, rinsed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup tomatoes ; diced
  • 2/3 cup celery ; diced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt ; or to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste
  • 1/2 cup onions ; diced
  • sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley ; fresh, minced

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 10 min | Ready in: 30 min
    1. Soak onion in cold water for 5 minutes, and rain.
    2. Combine macaroni, onion, celery, tomato and parsley in a large bowl.
    3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a separate small bowl, making a dressing.
    4. Stir the dressing into the macaroni mixture and serve.  
    Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
