Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 fillet salmon ; 4 oz each, patted dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter ; melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic ; minced

  • Directions

    1. Preheat air fryer to 390F (200C).
    2. Combine bread crumbs, italian seasoning, parmesan, garlic and melted butter in a small bowl.
    3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down, sprinkle with black pepper.
    4. Coat salmon with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it into the salmon so it won't blow around in the air fryer.
    5. Air fry at 390F for about 11 minutes. Internal temperature should be 145F.
