  • 9 1/2 ounces black bean soup ; canned
  • 7 1/2 ounces chickpeas ; canned
  • 8 ounces baked beans ; canned, vegetarian
  • 12 1/4 ounces tomatoes ; chopped, canned
  • 7 1/2 ounces corn ; canned, drained
  • 7 1/2 ounces kidney beans ; canned, drained
  • 1/2 medium onions ; red, chopped
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper ; chopped
  • 1/2 medium sweet potatoes ; peeled and diced
  • 1 clove garlic ; peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil
  • black pepper ; to taste
  • salt ; to taste

    1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
