  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons butter ; melted

    Directions

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 45 min | Ready in: 55 min
    1. Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Toss the seeds in a bowl with the butter and salt.
    2. Spread seeds evenly out onto a baking sheet into a thin layer. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally.
