1 tablespoon parsley
2 pounds chicken
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard ; or plain yellow mustard
1/4 cup chili sauce

You can add some heat to this recipe by using hot chili sauce or adding hot peppers. Good for fajitas and tacos, also.

Ingredients (serves 8)
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, chili sauce, mustard, basil and parsley.
- Mix. Pour over chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish.
- Let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill.
- Drain chicken and discard marinade.
- Grill until done, about 25-30 minutes over a medium heat
