Ingredients (serves 4)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1/2 pound almonds ; very finely chopped or processed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond extract
  • sugar ; Enough to taste
  • 1 quart water ; add into blender/processor
  • In My Kitchen


  • You will also need: food processor, strainer

    Directions

     Prep: 10 min | Ready in: 30 min
    1. Combine almonds and 1 quart of water in a blender/food processor; bled until as smooth as it gets.
    2. Let sit for 10-20 mins. Strain through fine mesh strainer.
    3. Add almond extract.
    Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
