Ingredients (serves 8)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 3/4 cup lime juice ; from key limes
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream ; heavy
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 28 ounces condensed milk ; or two14 oz cans, sweetened
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust ; 9 inch

    Directions

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 8 min | Ready in: 4 hr 30 min
    1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
    2. Whisk together the sour cream and condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth.
    3. Add the lime juice and whisk until thick and smooth.
    4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
    5. Cool on the counter for a few minutes and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
    6. Beat the whipping cream and confectioner's sugar in bowl until stiff peaks form.
    7. Top the pie with the whipped cream and serve.
