Directions
Prep: 20 min | Cook: 8 min | Ready in: 4 hr 30 min
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Whisk together the sour cream and condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the lime juice and whisk until thick and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Cool on the counter for a few minutes and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Beat the whipping cream and confectioner's sugar in bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Top the pie with the whipped cream and serve.
