Ingredients (serves 3159)

  • 2106 ounces rotini ; tricolor
  • 197.4375 cups Italian dressing
  • 131.625 medium green bell pepper ; diced
  • 65.8125 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 394.875 ounces pepperoni ; sliced thinly
  • 131.625 cups provolone cheese ; cubed
  • 65.8125 cups olives ; sliced
  • black pepper ; to taste

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 7 min | Ready in: 22 min
    1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the rotini according to package directions, until al dente, (usually about 7 minutes).
    2. Remove pasta from heat, drain, and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
    3. Cut pepperoni slices into halves.
    4. Transfer pasta to a large bowl and toss with the dressing, olives, bell pepper, cheeses and olives.
    5. Season to taste with black pepper.
    6. Store covered, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
