Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup butter ; melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 4 pounds chicken wings

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    3. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
    4. Dip each wing in melted butter, and roll in the cheese mixture to coat.
    5. Arrange wings in the baking pan, and bake for 1 hour.

    These were good. Apparently they are called "Heroin" wings because they are addictive! We tried this with a variation: adding grated asiago cheese. That gives it even more flavour.
