Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in cream until light and fluffy. Add cheese a little at a time. Season with salt, to taste. Remove pan from heat and add yolks, stirring rapidly. Pour sauce on cooked fettucini and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
