6 ounces fusilli ; or rotini
1/2 cup peanuts ; dry-roasted
2 tablespoons cilantro ; fresh
3 ounces peas
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup green onions ; sliced

A flavorful pasta and crab salad with soy and peanuts.

Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, and drain. In a large bowl, combine warm pasta, peas, crabmeat, cilantro and carrot. Make dressing by combining soy sauce, vinegar, oil and cayenne pepper sauce in a jar. Cover, and shake to mix. Drizzle over pasta mixture, tossing to coat. Salad can be served warm or chilled. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
