A fantastic Easter (or other occasion) ham with pineapple and brown sugar. And there's no salt!

Directions
Prep: 15 min | Cook: 1 hr | Ready in: 9 hr 15 min
- Trim away any fat on the ham and place in a roasting pan.
- Pour milk over the ham, until it is about 1/4 inch deep in the roasting pan.
- Pack a generous coating of brown sugar onto the ham, and then cover with a generous layer of pineapple.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Place roasting pan, still covered, into oven and roast for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, baste with the juices from the pan and roast for another 30 minutes or until ham is thoroughly heated.
