A layered dessert with berries, yogurt and granola

Note: This adjusts ingredient amounts but not amounts mentioned in the Directions.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 6 ounces yogurt
  • 3/4 cup strawberries ; sliced
  • 3/4 cup blueberries ; sliced
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1/2 medium bananas ; sliced

    In a large parfait glass, create a layer with 1/3 of the strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt and wheat germ. Repeat, building layers until the remaining ingredients are used up.

    You can cut the recipe in half to make a smaller snack.
